Healthy Drink Ideas
Its a natural instinct to want to drink and eat healthy stuff for the well-being of yourself and the baby during pregnancy. As a doctor would say, its not about the quantity of food you eat but about its quality. Here and a few simple and healthy drink ideas that can be made at home at any time.
Carronge (carrots + orange juice)

Carronge is a drink that is a combination of carrots and oranges. You can use your fruit juicer to get the carrot juice. Its amazingly easy to do this. Take half a dozen carrots, peel off the skin, cut the carrots in small pieces and juice away! Fresh carrot juice has a gorgeous colour and texture. Add orange juice if fresh oranges are not available and for convenience. Mix these up while adding sugar to your taste. Add ice and blend it with the juice in a blender if you like your drinks cold.
